Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lodyart. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders of $50 USD or more! For orders under $50 USD, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 15-20 business days depending on your location. All orders are shipped via UPS.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lodyart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Issues

We want you to receive your items in perfect condition! If your products are unfortunately damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund so you can shop worry-free.
